Robert Gromotka is a Berlin-based composer, pianist, and multi-instrumentalist whose work bridges classical tradition, improvisation, and contemporary sound. After years of worldwide touring with bands and orchestras, he founded Tarab Taksi, an ensemble blending oriental influences with modern improvisation. His solo piano music explores cinematic, deeply atmospheric soundscapes, often described as orchestral in scope—“a full orchestra under my fingertips.” Alongside his solo career, Robert collaborates with ensembles and artists across genres, continually expanding his repertoire from concert performance to cross-cultural projects.
